The Cove Church is a community of people who have encountered Jesus Christ - believed and received Him - and are being changed by Jesus by being with Him, becoming like Him and doing what He did!

We are individuals who are becoming family because of the beautiful (and TRUE) story that God is making all things new in this fractured world.

We all come to Jesus with expectations, but as we will discover in our study through the Gospel of Mark, Jesus often challenges and exceeds our expectations! All through the Gospel of Mark, people come to Jesus with their ideas of what the kingdom of God should look like (and of what they think Jesus should be doing!)… And again and again, Jesus turns their expectations upside down.

This teaching series invites us to learn from Jesus about what it means to live fully in the Kingdom of God. Our own expectations may be challenged and exceeding while we will discover for ourselves that “The time promised by God has come at last! The Kingdom of God is near!” (Mark 1:15)
